Chef Arnold Poernomo
Started around five years ago, Chef Arnold Poernomo made cooking as a way of surviving. His hard work and instinct of always learn new things made himself caught up in one new hobby he never thought, cooking. Starting to live his passion since then, Chef Arnold noted on her heart the he would someday come back to Indonesia and created his dream restaurant inspired by his favorite foods and life experiences, which became true on December 2014. As a current judge of Junior Masterchef Indonesia, he still makes sure his menu creation is made wholeheartedly by the kitchen team and served warmly by our people.

Share a similar story with Chef Arnold is Pastry Chef Kim Pangestu, or known as Chef Kimmy, with a new-found passion when she decided to try her luck by learning to bake at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney. It was only a beginning before she starting her early career with renowned pastry chefs in Australia, Adriano Zumbo, Kristen Tibbals, and Tetsuya to name a few. When luck didn't get her enough, she came back to Indonesia to start her own online pastry shops known for her eclair variation and teamed up with Chef Arnold at the same year, 2014 to combine their skill and passion together. She always finds herself excited in thinking and creating new ideas, making it fun and easier to define her desserts as a conception of her own character and memorable story, looks unreadable but taste palatable.
